You can ask SEVEN BATHROOMS LTD, trading as 7 Bathrooms, to delete personal information received through our website or through a Meta, Facebook or Instagram lead form.
How to request deletion
Email 7bathroomsuk@gmail.com with the subject “Personal Data Deletion Request”.
Please provide enough information to help us identify the correct record, such as:
- The name used in your enquiry.
- The email address used in your enquiry.
- The telephone number used in your enquiry.
- Whether your enquiry was submitted through our website or a Meta, Facebook or Instagram lead form, if known.
What happens next?
We may ask for additional information where reasonably necessary to confirm your identity and protect your personal information from unauthorised deletion.
Once your identity has been verified, we will delete or anonymise the relevant personal information from our active systems and, where applicable, ask the service providers that process the information on our behalf to do the same.
We normally respond to data deletion requests within one month.
We may retain limited information where necessary to comply with legal, tax or regulatory obligations, establish or defend legal claims, prevent fraud or maintain a record that your request has been completed.
