Terms of Service
Last updated: 9 September 2026
These Terms of Service apply when you use the 7 Bathrooms website, request a quotation or submit an enquiry through a Meta Instant Form linked to our advertising.
Enquiries and quotations
Submitting a form is a request for information or a quotation. It does not create a binding contract, confirm an order, take payment or guarantee availability, price or acceptance of work.
We will assess your enquiry and may contact you to arrange a home visit. Any quotation may be subject to a site visit, measurements, product availability and separate written terms.
Information you provide
You must provide information that is accurate and that you are authorised to provide. You must not use our forms or services for unlawful, misleading, abusive or automated submissions.
Contacting you about your enquiry
By submitting an enquiry, you ask us to contact you about that enquiry using the contact details you provide.
Your enquiry details will not be used for unrelated advertising emails or text message campaigns. You can ask us to stop contacting you about your enquiry at any time.
Website information
We take reasonable care to keep information accurate, but website content, indicative prices, package details, offers and availability may change.
Images are illustrative. Products, colours, finishes and layouts shown in photographs may differ from the products and specification included in your quotation.
Quotations and payment
Your written quotation will confirm the agreed scope of work, products, price and installation date.
Payment is made in three stages:
- A 20% deposit is due seven days before the agreed installation start date.
- 40% is due on the day installation begins.
- The remaining 40% is due after the installation is completed.
If an installation is agreed to begin less than seven days after the quotation is accepted, the deposit date will be agreed separately in writing.
Additional or changed work must be priced and agreed in writing before it is carried out.
7 Working Day Installation Guarantee
Where the 7 Working Day Installation Guarantee is expressly included in the Customer’s quotation or order, 7Bathrooms aims to complete the agreed bathroom installation within seven (7) working days from the agreed installation start date.
For the purposes of this guarantee, a “Working Day” means Monday to Friday, excluding Saturdays, Sundays and UK bank holidays.
If completion of the agreed works extends beyond seven working days solely as a result of a delay caused by 7Bathrooms, the Customer will receive a £50 credit for each additional working day until the agreed works are substantially complete, subject to the Maximum Cap defined below.
1. Maximum Compensation Cap
The total cumulative credit payable under this guarantee is strictly capped at a maximum of £250, equivalent to five additional working days, or 10% of the labour element of the contract price, whichever is lower, per installation project. Under no circumstances shall the liability under this guarantee exceed this limit.
2. Site Readiness and Start Date
The guarantee period commences strictly on the agreed start date, provided the Customer ensures full and uninterrupted access to the property from 08:00 on that date.
If the Customer fails to provide access, clear the working area or ensure necessary utility connections, including water, power and drainage, are operable for commencement, the agreed installation start date shall be rescheduled and the seven-day guarantee period will begin on the new agreed start date.
3. Variations and Additional Scope of Works
The guarantee applies strictly and exclusively to the original scope of works agreed before installation begins.
- Any additional, changed or remedial works requested by the Customer or required during installation must be agreed in writing by email, written Variation Order or digital communication.
- Approval of any Variation Order will automatically pause or extend the seven-working-day guarantee period by a timeframe mutually agreed in writing for those additional works.
- Work will not commence on variations until written approval is received.
4. Exceptions and Exclusions
The £50 per working day guarantee will not apply to any period of delay caused by, or reasonably resulting from:
- Customer-requested changes or additional works, including changes to the agreed layout, products, finishes or specification, late decisions, requested pauses or delays in providing required information or approvals.
- Additional works discovered after installation has started which could not reasonably have been identified during the initial survey without opening walls, floors, ceilings or existing installations, including defective plumbing, drainage, electrics, structural rot, damp, leaks or asbestos.
- Additional electrical, plumbing, structural or building work which becomes reasonably necessary for the installation to be completed safely or in accordance with applicable UK regulations or building requirements.
- Customer-supplied products or materials which are late, unavailable, damaged, defective, incomplete, incorrect or unsuitable for installation.
- Special-order items, supplier, manufacturer or courier delays outside the reasonable control of SEVEN BATHROOMS LTD, including unexpected shortages, discontinued items or transport delays, provided reasonable commercial steps have been taken to avoid or minimise the delay.
- Interruptions, delays or restrictions caused by third parties, communal building management or public utility providers.
- Severe weather, flooding, fire, utility blackouts, government restrictions or other events beyond the reasonable control of SEVEN BATHROOMS LTD.
- Safety-related stoppages where continuing the work would reasonably create a health and safety risk to the Customer, SEVEN BATHROOMS LTD staff or third parties.
5. Delay Notification Protocol
Where any circumstance listed in Section 4 occurs, the seven-working-day period will be extended by the reasonable period of delay caused by that circumstance.
SEVEN BATHROOMS LTD will notify the Customer in writing by email, SMS or instant messaging as soon as reasonably practicable, specifying the cause and estimated length of the delay. The delay period will commence from the time the notice is sent.
6. Definition of Completion
“Substantially Complete” means that the bathroom is fully installed, sealed, operable and capable of normal daily use.
Minor snagging, cosmetic touch-ups, replacement of minor non-critical defective items or outstanding tasks that do not prevent the safe and normal daily use of the bathroom will not render the installation incomplete for the purpose of the £50 credit.
7. Application of Credit
Where the £50 credit applies, the calculated amount will be credited against the Customer’s final balance invoice.
If the final invoice has already been paid in full, the applicable amount will be refunded to the Customer within 14 calendar days.
The credit applies once per additional working day per project and not per individual item, room or trade.
8. Statutory Rights
Nothing in this guarantee excludes, restricts or affects the Customer’s statutory rights or any rights or remedies available under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
12-Month Workmanship Guarantee
We provide a 12-month workmanship guarantee starting from the handover date recorded for your bathroom installation.
What is covered
This guarantee covers defects caused by our installation work, including incorrectly fitted components, faulty connections and sealing defects attributable to our workmanship.
Where a defect is covered, we will arrange an inspection and carry out the necessary remedial work at no charge, including the labour and materials required to correct our workmanship.
What is not covered
This workmanship guarantee does not cover:
- Normal wear and tear or routine maintenance.
- Damage caused by misuse, accidental impact, unsuitable cleaning products or failure to follow care instructions.
- Problems caused by alterations or repairs carried out by others.
- Faults in existing plumbing, electrics, structures or other parts of the property outside our agreed work.
- Manufacturing defects in products, which are dealt with separately from workmanship defects.
These exclusions apply only to the extent that the problem was not caused or contributed to by our work. They do not exclude responsibility for defective goods we have supplied or affect your statutory rights.
How to report a problem
Email 7bathroomsuk@gmail.com with your name, installation address, handover date and a description of the problem. Please include photographs or a short video where possible.
Report problems promptly and take reasonable steps to prevent further damage where it is safe to do so. We will assess the issue and arrange access for inspection and any necessary remedial work at a mutually agreed time.
Your statutory rights
This guarantee is additional to your statutory consumer rights. Those rights are not limited to the 12-month guarantee period.
Third-party services
Our website and enquiry process may use third-party services, including website hosting, analytics, advertising and customer relationship management services.
Those providers operate under their own terms and privacy notices. We are not responsible for independent third-party websites or services outside our control.
Liability
Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for losses caused by events outside our reasonable control or for indirect losses arising solely from use of this website.
Your statutory consumer rights are not affected.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. The courts of England and Wales will have jurisdiction, subject to any mandatory consumer rights that apply.
