Our starting package includes bathroom fittings, materials, installation, removal of your old bathroom and renovation waste disposal.
The final price depends on your room, the products you choose and the agreed scope of work. We will confirm the specification and provide a fixed quotation before you commit to the installation.
Standard specification
The starting package includes:
- PVC wall panels.
- LVT flooring.
- A pedestal basin.
- A toilet.
- A bath up to 1700mm or a shower tray up to 1200mm.
- A thermostatic shower.
- Taps, with chrome fittings as standard.
- A heated towel rail connected to the central heating system.
- A PVC ceiling.
- Four LED spotlights.
- Installation.
- Removal of the old bathroom and renovation waste disposal.
What is not included in the starting price
Unless expressly included in your quotation, the starting package does not include:
- Tiles in place of PVC wall panels.
- Underfloor heating.
- Moving or removing walls.
- Relocating plumbing fixtures or changing the agreed layout.
- Electrical work beyond the items expressly listed in the standard specification.
- Plastering or painting.
- Flooring outside the bathroom.
Any additional work will be priced and agreed in writing before it is carried out.
Free Upgrade Offer
Choose one LED Mirror, Ambient LED Ceiling Lighting or Shower Niche as your free upgrade, worth up to £250.
One free upgrade is available per bathroom installation project. We will discuss your choice during your free home visit and confirm that it is technically suitable for your bathroom before the specification is agreed.
If your preferred option is unsuitable for your room, you can choose another technically suitable option from the offer.
The selected upgrade includes supply and installation at no additional charge. It cannot be exchanged for cash or deducted from the package price.
The selected upgrade will be recorded in your quotation.
Deposit and Payment Schedule
Payment is made in three stages:
- A 20% deposit is due seven days before the agreed installation start date.
- 40% is due on the day installation begins.
- The remaining 40% is due after the installation is completed.
If an installation is agreed to begin less than seven days after the quotation is accepted, the deposit date will be agreed separately in writing.
