A bath-to-shower conversion starts from £200, which covers adapting the waste and drainage. The final figure depends on your room and drainage, and we confirm it in writing after your free home visit.

An en-suite typically costs between £2,500 and £4,500, depending on its size and any extras you choose. We confirm your price in writing after a free home visit.

The starting price covers our standard specification. The most common extras are moving plumbing or changing the layout, underfloor heating, a larger room, tiling instead of wall panels, and premium fittings. Anything additional is priced and agreed in writing before work begins.

Payment is made in three stages: a 20% deposit seven days before your installation start date, 40% on the day work begins, and the final 40% once the installation is complete. We don’t offer finance or instalment plans.

You can cancel free of charge up to seven days before your installation start date. If you cancel within the seven days before the start date, the 20% deposit is retained.

Yes. We’re VAT registered and every price we quote includes VAT.

Yes. Before you commit, you receive a written quotation confirming the agreed scope of work, products, price and installation date.

Yes. We supply and install the fittings and materials included in your agreed specification, so you don’t need to source them separately.

Yes. Removal of the old bathroom and renovation waste is included in the full renovation service.

Yes, we offer both. Tiling usually costs around 1.5 times more than PVC wall panels. We’ll show you both at your home visit so you can compare.

Yes. You choose your wall panels from a range of more than 250 options, so there’s a finish to suit any style.

We don’t build fully tanked wet rooms. We do fit walk-in showers with a shower tray and enclosure, which suit most homes.

Yes. We can move any part of the bathroom — toilet, basin, bath or shower — to wherever you want it. Layout changes are priced and agreed in writing before work starts.

No. You can come to us with a clear idea or just a few things you’d like to change. We’ll talk through the options with you.

No. We don’t carry out gas work. If your project involves a gas appliance such as a boiler, you’ll need a Gas Safe registered engineer for that part. The heated towel rail in our standard specification runs off your central heating, not gas.

We can fit grab rails or a shower seat as part of your installation. We don’t carry out larger accessible or mobility adaptations beyond this.

Our current lead time is around 4 to 6 weeks from booking to your installation start date.

We keep the water switched off only for short periods where possible, and we make sure you have a working toilet every night for the whole of the renovation.

Yes. We clear up at the end of each day and remove all renovation waste when the job is finished.

No. We don’t run a showroom, which keeps our overheads low. That means we can put better materials and workmanship into your bathroom for less than firms that do.

We provide a 12-month workmanship guarantee from your handover date. It covers defects caused by our installation work, such as incorrectly fitted components, faulty connections and sealing defects — we inspect and put these right at no charge. Product manufacturing faults, wear and tear and misuse are handled separately. Full details are on our Terms of Service page, and the guarantee is in addition to your statutory rights.

Yes. We carry £5 million public liability insurance.
